White Eyeliner Pencils

Having seen all of the buzz about using a white eyeliner to brighten the eye area, I had to give it a try! I picked up an Avon ULTRA LUXURY Eye Liner in Bright Eyed White several months ago & have been using it daily.
I do think it does a wonderful job of accenting the eyes and making them appear brighter. I really noticed the difference recently when I forgot to use it and thought I looked really tired without it.
To use it, I line under my eyes and in the inner corner, smudge it good and then follow it with my regular dark eyeliner and mascara. I know many companies are selling a white eye pencil, but you just can’t go wrong with the value of Avon!
